SM Faliq is the Founder of Falnas Capital and a principal shareholder of the Naza Group, a privately held conglomerate in Malaysia.
As the Naza Group’s Deputy Group Executive Chairman, he oversees core strategic divisions spanning major urban real estate developments, construction, automotive operations and international asset management.
He established Falnas Capital in 2019 as an investment platform to deploy capital into high-potential, cash-flow-generative opportunities across diverse growth sectors. Combining operational experience with disciplined capital allocation, he takes an active, hands-on approach to scale enterprises and drive sustainable, long-term growth.

In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, she serves in executive roles and holds directorships across public-listed and private entities within the Berjaya Corporation, where she plays an active role in driving strategic growth, advancing property development projects and leading global hospitality initiatives.
Rosmin serves as a Director and member of the Investment Committee within Falnas. Beyond these, he also provides strategic oversight on regulatory compliance, operational frameworks and investment direction, ensuring all transactions align with regulatory standards.
Drawing on over 30 years of global experience across telecommunications, hospitality, transportation and real estate, he leverages deep industry foresight to drive governance, operational rigor and disciplined growth.
Raja Hamzah is a Co-Founder of RHL Ventures, a Southeast Asian venture capital firm focused on scaling growth-stage businesses, and serves as an Advisor and Investment Committee member at Falnas.
Leveraging a strong foundation in global asset management and investment banking, he actively advises public-listed corporations and national institutions on corporate strategy, governance and regional expansion. Beyond his investment responsibilities, he sits on the Executive Committee of the Malaysia-Japan Economic Association (MAJECA), where he helps foster cross-border economic ties and strategic international partnerships.
Ezanee joins the team with emphasis on providing support in areas of liaison and coordination. He earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and has accumulated more than 26 years of professional experience in the oil & gas, property development and transportation industries.
Alina administrates Falnas Capital’s operations and investments as well as focuses on financial modelling and acquisition of strategic assets. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and has over a decade of experience in finance, corporate communications and business liaison and strategy.
Akmal focuses on the evaluation of public and private investment opportunities across diverse global markets. He conducts comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence while managing portfolio performance to ensure well-informed capital allocation. Drawing on his ACCA-certified technical foundation, Akmal specialises in fundamental analysis and disciplined valuation to identify long-term, value-driven investments.
Harris specialises in the end-to-end assessment of investment prospects across diverse asset classes and region. With a multi-disciplinary foundation in M&A and venture capital through various high-impact internships, he brings a well-rounded perspective for insightful decisions makings. In his previous role, Harris specialises in the private and public institutional credit and fund coverage while overseeing risk assessments for mutual and hedge funds.
