Rosmin serves as an advisor to Falnas Capital for its operations and strategic investment direction. Apart from that, he is also involved in the assessment, evaluation and negotiation of private businesses opportunities. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with over 30 years work experience in telecommunication, hospitality, transportation, and property sectors, in both the local and international market.

Ezanee joins the team with emphasis on providing support in areas of liaison, coordination and analysis. He earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and has accumulated more than 26 years of professional experience in the oil & gas, property development and transportation industries.

Badrol is responsible in defining Falnas Capital’s strategy while coordinating a team of manager and analyst to ensure alignment towards the overall goals. He brings over 25 years of experience in investment banking and asset management, having held senior leadership roles in equity strategy. Over the course of his career, he has played key roles at multiple asset management institutions with expertise spanning a broad range of asset classes, including global and domestic equities, with a focus on private mandates and mutual funds.

Akmal focuses on identifying, screening and researching investment opportunities in the global equity and bonds market. He is a graduate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is a strong advocate of a value investing approach, which he employs in his work to achieve long-term success.

Alina administrates Falnas Capital’s operations and investments as well as focuses on financial modelling and acquisition of strategic assets. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and has over a decade of experience in finance, corporate communications and business liaison and strategy.

Fitri leads Yayasan Falnas, the philanthropic arm of Falnas Capital. He oversees the planning and implementation of impactful social initiatives parallel to its core pillars. Apart from that, he is responsible in forging strategic partnerships as well as supervising community-driven programs while ensuring alignment with the Company’s mission to deliver lasting, sustainable impact.
