Falnas Capital is the private investment arm of SM Faliq SM Nasimuddin. The company’s founder, SM Faliq is one of the key shareholders of the Naza Group of Companies, a family-owned conglomerate that was established in 1975. For information on Naza Group please refer to www.naza.com.my.
Falnas Capital’s objective is directed towards generating returns from investments primarily in private companies, funds and equity markets. The firm has over the past years invested in various business sectors throughout Malaysia, Southeast Asia, China, Europe and US. This includes investment in E-commerce, Financial Technology, Real Estate, Traffic Management Solutions, Technology Software Solutions and Retail Investment.
